What Size Clothes & Shoes are you in France?
Essential Reading
Whether you’re shopping in France or ordering online from a French store, you’ll probably notice that EU and French clothing and shoe sizes are different from those used in the US and UK. The following charts are a handy reference point for comparing clothes sizes. However, it’s also important to note that French sizes don’t always correspond exactly, especially when it comes to shoe sizes, as there are typically no half sizes available in France.
With this in mind, always refer to the official measurements and comparison charts provided by the manufacturer wherever available. Make sure to try on clothes before purchasing or order from online retailers with a reputable return policy – at least until you become more familiar with the European sizing differences.
