Breton Galette

For: 6 servings, Time: 2 h 30, Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
250 g buckwheat flour
salt
2 eggs
50 cl cold water,
40 g melted butter
Technical Stages:
Mix the flour with the salt, eggs, cold water and melted butter. Let it rest for 2 hours.
Bake the crepes in a non-stick pan and try to make them as thin as possible.
Garnish to taste with mushroom bechamel sauce, ground beef, sausages, roquefort.
Regular version: Salted butter + fried egg + ham + grated cheese.
