    MRS TONI H GABELL
My husband has been living in France for 3 years now and has a carte de sejour. I want to join him to live full time in France. Do I have to obtain a visitors visas for over 90 days or is there another way of doing it? Also seeing he is retired he has a form S1 from the UK which covers medical costs. I am 58 years, so not at official retirement age of 67, can this cover me as well? The cost of the medical insurance to go with the visa is ridiculously high. Hoping you are able to help. Thanking you in advance.
