How long is the Park open for?
The Park is open to Owners 10 months of the year from February to November, the facilities are available from Easter to mid September.
How long can I keep my Holiday Home on Park?
As long as you pay your annual site fees and follow the Park rules you can keep your Holiday Home indefinitely – no age limit!
Where is La Réserve & how do I get there?
La Réserve is a four star Holiday Park on the stunning Atlantic Coast. Situated on the sandy shores of Lake Biscarrosse, near the small village of Gastes, Les Landes.
From Bordeaux take the A63 to Bayonne, turn off at junction n°17 (Parentis en Born), once here continue to Gastes, at the roundabout follow signs to La Réserve.
How does Holiday Home Ownership work?
As a Holiday Home Owner you will rent your plot each year (the size will vary from 110m2 to 250m2). The annual fees cover all the Park services and facilities and start from €3490 (approximately £2326) this year.
Which models are available at La Réserve and at what price?
We have a wide selection of models ranging from New, Ex demonstration, Pre Owned and Ex Hire Fleet.
La Réserve work alongside some of the most prestigious names in European Holiday Home fabrication these include IRM, ABI, Sun Roller, Cosalt, Bürstner and Atlas. Our prices range from around €18 000 to €58 000. All our prices include tax and transport from factory to Park.
What must I budget for each year?
The annual site fees (depending on the size of your plot), your gas bottle consumption, Holiday Home insurance, an annual gas safety test and the protection of your Holiday Home from winter damage should you choose our team to carry out this work.
Can I sublet my Holiday Home to cover the running costs?
Of course! Most Owners let a little bit to cover the fees. Let us take care of it for you or feel free to have a go yourself-think of all your family and friends who will want to use it!
When do I need to pay?
You will need to pay a 25% deposit of the total price to reserve your Holiday Home and plot and the balance is due before you can take Ownership.
Can I buy my Holiday Home on finance?
Yes we offer very low competitive rates of finance with full written details on request.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes, we arrange special Park visits throughout the year, the accommodation is complimentary, and should you purchase during your visit we will reimburse up to £250 for your travelling costs.
Can I visit for free?
We invite you to visit our park. The visit will include an appointment with our holiday home advisor at the park and up to 3 nights free accommodation in one of our luxury holiday homes at the park.
