Swimming Pool Maintenance

Poorly maintained and neglected pools can result in large repair bills; we offer a variety of maintenance services for your pool to help prevent this. These services include regular cleaning visits, preparation of your pool for the winter, and preparing your pool ready for the summer season.

A typical pool cleaning visit takes between 1½ – 2 hours. Annual pool maintenance contracts offers a cost effective way of maintaining your pool while spreading the cost throughout the year. Contracts can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.

House Cleaning

We offer a variety of cleaning services for your property; regular cleaning visits, cleaning your property after a long period of absence or making sure your property stays clean and tidy during holiday rentals. The price for this services is based on the size of your property and depends upon the number of bedrooms and bathrooms your property has.

Holiday Changeover, Key Holding and Letting Services

We offer a range of services to make sure your clients have the best possible stay at your property and will want to return again and again. We can clean the property between visits, arrange linen and towel changes and clean and test the pool ready for use. We will hold the keys to your property at our office, and make them available to tradesmen and guests as and when requested. We can also welcome your quests and show them around the property to ensure their holiday gets off to the best possible start.

Our letting services include the above, but also cover the marketing of your property, dealing with booking enquires, accepting payments on your behalf and managing changeovers.
