The property is situated a little over 1km from the village of Landéhen. Just 10 minutes away by car is the market town of Lamballe, boasting plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets, as well as the Haras National de Lamballe stud farm.
The Gîte costs up to £560 to rent for a week in high season.
